This page is developed as part of the project Distance Learning in Science Teacher Education which is a subproject of  Science Teacher Education Development in Europe (STEDE).
These links and recourses are for anyone who is interested in the in-service or pre-service training of science teachers and especially in the use of distance education in training. Furthermore, in this page you can find interesting links about  possibilities of ICT in science teacher education and science education.

As a result of our discussions and a questionnaire distributed to STEDE participants the Virtual Library will be developed in the following ways.

 1. A Getting Started introductory page

This page will start with a short description of the purpose of the Virtual library. Some typical distance learning approaches will be described (linked to the CASE study part of the 10b product), also links to active discussion lists will be given.

 

2. How to find ideas from the Virtual library

A short description, how databases and search engines function will be provided with some hints and tips on search words and combinations and ideas about how interesting articles can be found.

 

3. How to send information (links) to the library

Existing links and resources are collected (and selected) by group 10 b members. This page will ask other STEDE members to send in their contributions to the Virtual Library.
